I received this book for free from the publisher or author in exchange for an honest review.
This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

Okay now, because I’ve read the Beta version, I am NOT, absolutely NOT spoiling anything! So don’t expect to much of this review, except cryptic stuff so unto the good stuff.
In Kat-astrophe I’m glad that Kat grows a lot more as a character then I ever expected. Because of the events in Kat-napped she’s changed a lot and she has some serious issues she needs to come to terms with and I loved to read how she handled it all. And I couldn’t help but be shocked at a revelation that Bast makes. I just sat there for a minute blinking and re-reading that piece over and over until I was sure I read it right. I think it’s really cool, but you guys will have to judge for yourselves of course.
And GREAT news, I LOVE Jason now, after I finished reading the last page I just could not not love Jason anymore. He’s a lot more central in the story now and he gets much more “air time” which made me a very happy woman, because I was like “meh” over him in the second book, but Dara totally made that up in Kat-astrophe.
As for James, I still love him, love him even more now that I know who and what he exactly is. I think it’ll surprise readers a bit when they read it. And if I had to choose between Jason and James, I’d still choose James. Because he’s just awesomesauce and I can’t get enough of him.
And to avoid spoilers, I’m not gonna talk about the story itself, except that it’s dark, it’s twisted and it’s just allround awesome! And I’m sure fans of Dara’s work will love Kat-astrophe as much as I did. It’s a great ending to another great Trilogy.
