For P.J. Stone, being a “Seer” who has never seen anything is less than fun. And P.J. isn’t known for her patience.

To make matters worse, she must choose a suitable mate to continue the Seer bloodline. Duty always comes before her heart…at least that’s what her parents taught her. When she finds herself wanting someone who is considered off-limits, P.J. is forced to question everything she believes.

As if navigating her love life isn’t complicated enough, P.J. finally receives a vision—of a threat to her world that only she can perceive. But no one will believe a fledgling Seer’s warnings. With nowhere else to turn, she may decide to trust a stranger with her life, her world, and maybe even her heart.

5 Stars

Those may not be the most polite words I know, but damn this book was AWESOME!!! Seriously D.T. Dyllin is a fucking genius for writing this book. Oh my God, I can’t even believe I just started reading this book now. I should have started reading this book the moment it came out! Seriously, what the heck was I thinking when I said to myself that I would read it at a later date? I am soooo regretting that right now.

Now my reasons for loving this book? It’s quite simple actually I LOVE the story. There is something so compelling about it and the fact that it has Dragons, Seers, Guardians and a whole other bunch of special people in it makes it even more awesome then it already is. I swear I am hooked on D.T.’s books for life!

And Dyllin’s writing style, oh her writing style. How I worship thee. It’s just so fun and smooth and it flows so delicately that it makes you want to read the book over and over and over again. Have I said yet that I think D.T.’s a genius? Well she is!!!

And the characters, Mother of God, how does she do that? She made me fall in love with her characters so easily and so quickly, I especially love PJ and Khol they are just the best, of the best, of the best. I think the one I like least of all is surpisingly Bryn and I know Team Bryn is gonna Boo me but screw it, I’m TEAM KHOL, people!!!! If I say I like Bryn least of all, then I’ll damn well say it. …. Ahem getting off track there. But anyway we’ll start with PJ, she’s nice, she’s awesome and … that about sums her up basically. And Khol …. Oh My Venus, if I could have him I would, if he came to my doorstep right now and asked me to be his, I would say yes in a heartbeat!

Jenna is cool too, I like her quirkyness (it’s a word so 😛 on you) and the way that she can understand animals because she’s a Speaker. And ain’t that an awesome ability?! Jeremy, well Jeremy is actually my love him or hate him problem at the moment. I literally have no idea if I should love him or hate him, because during the course of the book, I either did or didn’t. So it’s weird, I hope that’ll get cleared up in Broken Gates.

Okay, I think I’m done. Let’s recap shall we?

In short, this book is: Awesome, thrilling, compelling, sexy, sensual and SO worth every second of your time!

So go out, get your own copy (be it ebook or paperback) and read it!!!!! You’ll love it, I promise!!!

5 STARS for this magnificent piece of work … and now I’m gonna go get a cookie and read it’s sequel Broken Gates.
