New beginnings, new conflicts, and new adventures arise in the second installment of the Eden Series, Eden-West.

Months after his initial journey to Eden, Aiden is learning to cope with his own transformation. His social status has changed, his friendship with his best friend Ethan is in jeopardy because of it, and worst of all, he has heard absolutely nothing from his new friends in Eden.

What has become of the world he fell in love with? Are his friends safe? Is the war over? With no answers, and no hope for contact, Aiden decides to focus on his life in his world. Just as he makes this decision, he encounters a familiar bright light and thinks he knows exactly what it means. Except the light isn't at all what he expects and neither is the person behind it.

When Aiden returns to Eden, it is to a whole new part of that special world, and a whole new set of adventures. Weeks after Aiden was returned to his own world, Elisa is sent to Nysa, the revered Southern city, to retrieve the one thing she'd rather avoid - Wolf. Captain Turk instructed her to get in and get out - but that is easier said than done.

When she finds her missing friend, she also stumbles upon a great deal of trouble. This trouble goes by one name - Markus, the leader of the Sun People. Follow all your favourite characters as they ready themselves for battle and fight for a world threatened to be destroyed.

5 Stars

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Janeeeeeeeeeeeelle, you can’t leave it like that!!!!! OMG that’s the second time in a row, that a book I’ve read has ended with such a huge cliffhanger it makes me wanna bawl my eyes out. It’s just not fair. How could she end it like that? Oh God, I’m gonna go insane here. I need the third book. I need it damnit!!!

So yes, I enjoyed the story. More then that I loooooooooooooooved it. It was perfectly written, the POV changes are still as impressive as ever and there’s is also great character development in the book. I am also not ashamed to say that there were times when I squealed like a high school girl or when I cried like a baby, because of a sad scene. I won’t go into it any further, because I don’t want to spoil anything for future readers.

Now let’s talk characters!! Oh boy, where to start. Well there’s Aiden and can I say that he’s become yummy in this book and I’ve really, really started to like him? Yes, okay then I will, I LIKE AIDEN! Alright I said it. Onto another one, Wolf. He’s is still my delectable, little flirt and I love him for it. I’m a bit sad he’s being such idiot about his feelings for Elisa, but hey, he’s a guy what did you expect? Then there is Elisa, she’s a lot more emotional then in the first book and I really liked that because it gave her much more depth as a character. Logan is still Logan, he’s still funny as hell which makes him so likable. And then there are Callum and Rose *sighs like a love sick puppy* can I just say that they are soooooooooooo adorable together, I love reading about them. They’re so in love, it makes me sad that they’re supposed to be part of the bad side. I just hope everything works out for those two. They deserve it.

Also we get to meet quite a few new characters. Like Marcus the King of Nysa (The Sun People), personally I don’t like him very much, there is just something really slimy about that guy and I really don’t trust him. Not one bit. Then there is Moose, Wolf’s older brother, I like him because he’s funny and kind to Aiden. He’ll make a great Chief one day. We also meet Wolf’s parents, Hawk and Sunny. They’re good people and completely likable. We also meet Rain (Wolf’s young sister) and the Shaman. I hate them both. I hate Rain for being a traitorous little [bleep] and betraying her family and people like she did. And I hate the Shaman because he’s an old, backstabbing, greedy and evil jerk, who definitely got what he deserved! And then there is Lily; sweet, terrifying, badass and gorgeous Lily, who is part of the forest people and just an incredible character, that I hope will play a larger role in the next book. Because she deserves some love, she is absolutely amazing.

So now, my final words for this book. It. Is. Awesome! A marvelous read with a great plot, great characters and great character development. I loved it and I’m positive other people will love it too! 5 out of 5 stars for this book!
