Ollie and Moritz are two teenagers who will never meet. Each of them lives with a life-affecting illness. Contact with electricity sends Ollie into debilitating seizures while Moritz has a heart defect and is kept alive by an electronic pacemaker. If they did meet, Ollie would seize, but turning off the pacemaker would kill Moritz. I already reviewed this book but I recently finished the audiobook version and I had to spotlight it!
I looooved Because You’ll Never Meet Me so very much! And I instantly knew it’d be great as an audiobook so I asked the awesome Esther from Audible if there were copies available for review and she graciously gave me one. It took me a while since I don’t have a lot of occasions to listen to an audiobook, but I loved it so very much! I knew it’d be awesome and it was! Brings it to a whole other level. The style this book was written in, is perfect for audiobook. So if you haven’t read this book yet, I highly recommend trying the audio first.
