Hello there gorgeous people! As you might remember, Arianne and I have been looking for a new reviewer and we are happy to announce that we found the perfect match for Reading with ABC. So without further delay, here is Valerie:

Hello fellow readers, I’m Valerie Pennington, reader of books, lover of cats, and grad student of forensic psychology. I’m quite the oddball, “you could say that I’m the one curly fry in the box of the regular” (Jason Mraz) but I sure do enjoy it. I could say more about myself but I think that my favorite books tell a lot more about me than I could write. So without further ado:

3. Morgan Matson’s Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour – This book has everything that I love: summer, road trips, attractive men, self-realizations, and some good swoons.

2. Emery Lord’s Open Road Summer – Wow. Matt Finch is sexy and I LOVE a strong feminist character.

1. Adi Alsaid’s Let’s Get Lost – Hands down the best book I’ve ever read. Go read it.

Also, sometimes I pet porcupines.
